In addition to this, Teahouse attracted new editors on Wikipedia, since they are inexperienced and protecting this page is still unnecessary, since they needed about 10 edits in order to be autoconfirmed and IPs who are in good-faith, can be challenging and difficult for them to assist registered users and editors on how to edit Wikipedia, same with the help desk. reason: The current claim relies on an article by The Print that says " The Palestinian militant group Hamas has recruited between 10,000 and 15,000 members since the start of its war with Israel" (emphasis on recruited, not killed) The Reuters article https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/diminished-hamas-switches-full-insurgent-mode-gaza-2024-06-06/ claims "The enclave's ruling group has been reduced to between 9,000 and 12,000 fighters, according to three senior U.S. officials familiar with battlefield developments, down from American estimates of 20,000-25,000 before the conflict. By contrast, Israel says it has lost almost 300 troops in the Gaza campaign" Therefore, it will be best to either subtract the two ranges (which was rejected before) or claim that Hamas has been reduced to 9000-12000 members, as written in the article.
