I'd be willing to consider an unblock with that topic ban in place, but I'm also not sure the issues wouldn't surface in other areas of your editing so would like to hear more from you on that. What makes her notable? The draft currently just says she exists – that is not sufficient even for a stub article. Furthermore, there are seven sources supporting that simple claim, which is citation overkill. That does not make the draft ready to become an article, though.
