  • Comment: I understand that you believe its notable; but as stated by the other editor, it barley mentions a background history, anything, just a simple mention of the OSBE, and some other things, it'd be nice if we could get some history, how he lived as a child, or some basic information to expand this article, our purpose as AFC reviewers is to make sure articles survive an WP:AFD, and I personally don't believe it will, that is my opinion, and why I am rejecting this, if possible find some more information. :) Valorrr (lets chat) 16:18, 13 November 2025 (UTC)

Thomas William Farthing OBE FREng (19 December 1927 – 13 August 2019)[1] was a British metallurgist.

He earned a Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy from Jesus College, Cambridge.[2]
