Formatting help

I am trying to do some image formatting on my userpage. (So, nothing important at all.) I'm attempting to put to copies of File:A discourse on the emigration of British birds- or Fleuron T133764-1.png next to each other and place that thing on top and bottom of my userpage as a sort of decorative border. It may not be possible given the width of the image or something. I've tried multiple ways to get it to work, but I've been unsuccessful. Any help would be much appreciated!
