Information icon Hello, I'm PEPSI697. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Funafuti, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. PEPSI697 💬 | 📝 01:35, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Nanumea, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. PEPSI697 💬 | 📝 05:53, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, Monument to the Friendship between Nukufetau and Nanumea, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it has been moved to Draft:Monument to the Friendship between Nukufetau and Nanumea where you can continue to work on it. Please consider using the Article Wizard or the Articles for Creation procedure. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read "Your first article". You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Belbury (talk) 14:08, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, wikis, personal websites, and websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight. These sources may express views that are widely acknowledged as pushing a particular point-of-view, sometimes even extremist, being promotional in nature, or relying heavily on rumors and personal opinions. One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 22:28, 17 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to Blue Ocean Restaurant. Hi!

[edit]

Hello @AngelenoCrow, welcome to Wikipedia, I hope you're enjoying editing so far?

I noticed that your user page gives a lot of details about you and I'm just a little concerned. Having some details about yourself is a great idea. It can help other editors get to know you and what your interests are. I'm concerned as you have also included some personal information such as discord and e-mail. It's up to you what info you include, but I would just advise some of info isn't really needed. People can e-mail you (if you have it enabled) through a link on this page without actually giving out your e-mail address. This is only given out once you reply to an e-mail through Wikipedia.

It's up to you, I can only advise that you treat your personal info with care.

Good luck with editing and if you have any questions feel free to reach out! Knitsey (talk) 21:55, 17 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the concern but the Discord is there in case anybody on the Wikimedia community Discord wanted to contact me there. My Discord on that server is already linked to my Wikipedia account. I'll remove the email if there's already a link somewhere else. Thanks again. AngelenoCrow (talk) 22:15, 17 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Territorial.io (January 18)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Josedimaria were:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of web content). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

The comment the reviewer left was:
This is not notable subject matter based on the state of the sourcing, and there's an over-reliance on user-generated content, which is generally unreliable and not used in an article. This needs significant coverage from reliable sources to support notability.

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Eaton Fire.jpeg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Ирука13 17:13, 19 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I created this work. I took it from the window of my house on Jan 8. AngelenoCrow (talk) 18:48, 19 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
It's actually fine to ignore the notification above and let this file be deleted, since there's already a correctly-licenced duplicate of it on Commons at the slightly different filename File:Eaton Fire.jpg. Just use that filename instead, if you ever want to add it to an article. Belbury (talk) 22:53, 19 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article 2025 Dena Against ICE Walkout has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A 200-man protest, no matter how noble, is unlikely to get the WP:SUSTAINED coverage to be notable for Wikipedia purposes. Article can be recreated if it turns out to have some longer-lasting impact.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Minor edits

[edit]

Hi there, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia! I noticed you recently marked an edit as "minor" when it may not have been. On Wikipedia, the "minor edit" feature should be used only when an edit cannot be construed to change the meaning of the article's content, such as fixing typos or correcting formatting. Using this feature correctly helps maintain transparency and ensures other editors can accurately assess the nature of your edits. For future edits, please ensure that you only mark truly minor changes as "minor." If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out or review the Wikipedia guideline on minor edits. Thanks for your understanding and continued contributions! Hello. You're invited to participate in The World Destubathon. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It started today on Monday June 16 and will run until Sunday July 13. There is over $3300 going into it, with $500 the top prize. If you are interested in winning something to save you money in buying books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for subjects which interest you, sign up on the page in the participants section if interested. Even if you can only manage a few articles they would be very much appreciated and help make the content produced as diverse and broad as possible! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 21:10, 16 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
