i did the necessary changes as asked by reputed editors. This is a story worth a space and deserves an article. I checked for the guideline. The references have been updated. Present day newspaper coverages and official govt coverage makes this story acceotable as far as notability is converned. There have been hundred of significant coverages which i have referred to in this articlepost your decline. All of them are not passing comments rather full page coverage ranging from govt. and public sources.
