Sorry, I wasn't clear about the Tolkien edit

Hi, I just re-removed the "but" phrase from One Ring but realized as soon as I had made the change that my edit summary left out the most important point: in this case the citation is of a primary source, Tolkien's letters, so since it's not a direct quote any editorial inference drawn from it would be original research.
