Theroadislong (talk) 06:06, 25 June 2025 (UTC)Question about Tribalistas
[edit]Hi Cathodography, I was peeking at your WikiCup submissions since you're currently beating me and I was curious what kinds of content you work on. I have a question about Template:Did you know nominations/Tribalistas (2002 album) — I noticed that the DYK nom is based on it being a GA, but for the WikiCup DYKs only score points for creation & 5x expansion. Did you also 5x expand it in the same time period? (I found it a really interesting article by the way, and it’s always so valuable when someone finally expands & improves a really old article!) ~ L 🌸 (talk) 09:23, 25 June 2025 (UTC)
- Hello! I had only expanded that article fivefold back in January, while I was still getting the hang of editing on Enwiki. I didn't realize that for a DYK to count it needed more than just being promoted to GA to be eligible. I admit that was a mistake on my part that I did not notice.. Cattos💭 14:07, 25 June 2025 (UTC)
- No worries, this particular rule is a confusing one and easy to mistake--that's why I wanted to double-check. Something to keep in mind for the future! Good luck in the contest and happy editing :) ~ L 🌸 (talk) 19:02, 25 June 2025 (UTC)

Sammi Brie (submissions) with 1,055 round points, mostly from television station articles, including 27 good articles and 9 good topic articles
Everyone who competed in round 3 will advance to round 4 unless they have withdrawn. Remember that any content promoted after 28 June but before the start of Round 4 can be claimed in Round 4. Remember, if two or more WikiCup competitors have done significant work on an article, all can claim points. If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is at good article candidates, a featured process, or anywhere else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews Needed. If you want to help out with the WikiCup, feel free to review one of the nominations listed on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews Needed. Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages. Good luck! Autopatrolled granted
[edit]
Hi Cathodography, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the autopatrolled user right to your account. This means that pages you create will automatically be marked as 'reviewed', and no longer appear in the new pages feed. Autopatrolled is assigned to prolific creators of articles, where those articles do not require further review, and may have been requested on your behalf by someone else. It doesn't affect how you edit; it is used only to manage the workload of new page patrollers.
Since the articles you create will no longer be systematically reviewed by other editors, it is important that you maintain the high standard you have achieved so far in all your future creations. Please also try to remember to add relevant WikiProject templates, stub tags, categories, and incoming links to them, if you aren't already in the habit; user scripts such as Rater and StubSorter can help with this. As you have already shown that you have a strong grasp of Wikipedia's core content policies, you might also consider volunteering to become a new page patroller yourself, helping to uphold the project's standards and encourage other good faith article writers.
Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! voorts (talk/contributions) 23:30, 14 July 2025 (UTC)
