Why I do this

I believe in the mission of Wikipedia, specifically, that

[...] every single person on the planet is given free access to the sum of all human knowledge.

Wikipedia works because I am one of the many who share and believe in this mission. It's not perfect, but it's the best we've got. Just the same, I am not perfect either but I try my best. So I encourage you to email me or leave a message on my talk page (preferred) if you have any concern about any of my contributions.


My interests

I am primarily interested in editing (or contributing new) articles related to:

  • Biographies of scientists, notable award recipients
  • Scientific topics esp. in biology, bioinformatics/computational biology, and related fields
  • Topics of historical interest
  • Under-represented topics on Wikipedia

Besides these, I am always on lookout to improve articles (expand, cite sources, rate, move) and participate in article/Wikipedia related discussions.
