Fleetworthy is a U.S.-based fleet technology company that provides compliance, safety, toll management, and weigh station bypass solutions for commercial carriers and trucking. Its portfolio includes several brands: Bestpass by Fleetworthy, a toll management provider; Drivewyze by Fleetworthy, a weigh station bypass and in-cab safety alert platform; and ExpressTruckTax by Fleetworthy, an IRS-approved e-file provider for Form 2290 Heavy Vehicle Use Tax filings.[1]

History

[edit]

Fleetworthy was originally founded in 2001 as Bestpass and started as a toll management platform. It is headquartered in Albany, New York.[2]

In November 2023, Bestpass acquired Fleetworthy Solutions, a fleet compliance technology company based in Madison, Wisconsin.[3][4]

In June 2024, Bestpass acquired Drivewyze, a weigh station bypass technology provider which describes its network as being North America’s largest bypass service.[5]

In September 2024, the combined company rebranded under the name Fleetworthy, uniting Bestpass, Fleetworthy Solutions, Drivewyze, and other acquired companies and products into a single parent brand. The company positioned the rebranding as a reflection of its growth.[6]

Product Offerings

[edit]

Its offerings include:

  • Bestpass by Fleetworthy: A toll management solution providing billing, violation management, and toll coverage products.[7]
