Hey, what more would the article need?

Draft: Net Zero Conference

[edit]

Hi Xoak. Thank you for your notes on my Net Zero Conference article. I saw in a previous post that your don't review articles again, but I just wanted to get your advice on (1) any more edits you would suggest and (2) how to get articles reviewed more quickly? I think it's been about 40 days for this article and I have another article (Draft: Wawa Gatheru) that is even older and hasn't been reviewed at all. Is it just a waiting game? Thank you! Jonasstaff (talk) 17:40, 11 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Jonasstaff Hi as you can see from the top of my talk page I'm currently taking a wiki break due to exams, so I can't help, unfortunately. Re waiting game, yes. Some drafts get reviewed within days and some take months. I'd suggest you to post for help here. You can also post on Teahouse. Friendly editors in both of these spaces would provide suggestions and will help you. Regards. X (talk) 23:24, 11 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi X. Thank you for the reply and all the info! I saw you had exams after I posted my question, so apologies for the bother. Good luck on your exams and appreciate the suggestions! Jonasstaff (talk) 17:36, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Xoak,

I don't know how busy you may be, but Incase you're free, you may want to help, mostly with your knowledge and research for this draft Draft:Adam Thorn (biologist) (I really don't have time, I may have one thing or the other pop out) . The editor seem not to understand yet. Thanks with any help you can offer. Cheers! Safari ScribeEdits! Talk! 20:39, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@SafariScribe, Hi, sorry for the delay as I'm quite tied up. I do remember the draft, and at that time it was evident to me that the subject is notable. However, the draft needs some touch-ups (especially with NPOV and removal of deprecating sources). I'd have amended the page myself if I could, but I'm in the midst of my final year exam, so I'd look into it after it's finished. The creator (or AFC submitter) seems to be stale rn, so there's no issue there as well. Regards. X (talk) 16:19, 9 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Recent draftification

[edit]

Hello. I wanted to let you know that I reversed your draftification of Battle on the Sindhu River. I did so because articles older than 90 days should not be draftified without prior consensus at AfD, per the result of this RfC. Please be mindful of this when moving pages to draft space in the future. Note that this does not stop you from nominating the page for deletion if you're interested in going down that route.
