Request reason:

I haven't been active on Wikipedia for a while due to work commitments. Today, when I logged in, I noticed that my account was closed. I don't have any other accounts (i.e., I don't need to have multiple accounts). I work in a shared workspace and perhaps using the internet here has caused me to be mistaken for another user. Or maybe someone copied the code I put on my personal page.

I don't have administrator rights on simple.wiki, so I can't unblock you there. You should be able to request an unblock there in the same way you can here, as I don't believe your talk page access was removed.
