Kayali draft

[edit]

Hello! I wanted to ask if you had any remaining concerns for the Articles for Creation submission Draft:Kayali (company). I've addressed your feedback at Draft talk:Kayali (company) and I am following up with User:Theroadislong, too. I'm hoping to resubmit the draft for review but wanted to double check here first. Thanks! Inkian Jason (talk) 16:16, 10 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Inkian Jason. Hi. The draft looks better now. I don't see any other problems. Fancy Refrigerator (talk) 17:14, 10 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! Since Theroadislong has also responded and granted permission to resubmit, I've gone ahead and done so. Inkian Jason (talk) 17:37, 10 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppetry notices

[edit]

Hi there, thanks for reporting various socks at SPI recently. But please don't notify likely socks on their talk pages - we don't actually want their input 98% of the time, since they're just going to show up and say the same AI-generated promise or start an argument with the filer. -- asilvering (talk) 02:34, 12 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Ribbons Trading LLC

[edit]

Hi there! For ones like this, in future please just report to WP:UAA instead of warning. It's a rather egregious username violation as a promotional/corp username. If a username "implies the intent to...advertise on...Wikipedia", UPOL states that it should be "immediately blocked upon discovery". That of course is compounded if actual promotional edits are spotted (then it might become a hard block). A username like the example above would fall under that plus WP:ISU and WP:CORPNAME, which state with additional clarification that the username would be considered promotional (= "implies the intent to...advertise on" in my books) and therefore should be immediately blocked.

You can also always drop me a line any time if you have any questions or whatnot. TheSandDoctor Talk 14:36, 2 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You added the BLP sources tag here without explaining why, so I have reverted it. Everything is sourced, if you believe some of the sources are not reliable, then a better tag would probably be [better source needed] after the source(s) in question. Thanks Sahaib (talk) 20:36, 3 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Sahaib. I noticed the lead was unsourced and that there were material (e.g. the passage about the subject being bullied) that would benefit from more sources. Fancy Refrigerator (talk) 13:38, 4 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Per MOS:LEADCITE, the lead doesn't need to have sources if the same information is sourced in the article (e.g the awards). I have added a source confirming that he has the 20th biggest YouTube channel in the world as that was not cited elsewhere, and simply linked to the article List of most-subscribed YouTube channels.
