Please refrain from adding, removing or changing genres, as you did to It's a Raid, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 05:40, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- Please read WP:EXPLICITGENRE. Binksternet (talk) 05:46, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- Ok! I read it! I see! First time using Wikipedia & I made my first Wikipedia page which is 77 (Billy Idol song) which was a pain because I had to look at how a song article layout looked & the right sources to create the article! I appreciate your concern for Wikipedia & your opinions! Please know I’m new to this & trying hard! Thank you for your patience! OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 21:45, 29 April 2025 (UTC)

- Thanx for your kindness my draft wasn’t accepted because of a typo & I created an article already that didn’t help the draft much because I’m new to Wikipedia & I’m trying to get the hang of it! I’m sorry if I’m too much! OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 21:48, 29 April 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you have added Creative Commons licensed text to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Unwanted (song). You are welcome to import appropriate Creative Commons licensed content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. There are several methods to do this described at Wikipedia:Plagiarism#Compatibly licensed sources, including the usage of an attribution template. Please make sure that any Creative Commons content you have already imported is fully attributed. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 01:39, 26 May 2025 (UTC)
- Note - Even though the material is license compatible, it is entirely unsourced. I've redirected it again. -- Whpq (talk) 01:40, 26 May 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Please refrain from adding, removing or changing genres, as you did to Dancing with Myself, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Doctorhawkes (talk) 09:03, 26 June 2025 (UTC)
- I like to remind you that it was sourced & I can quote what it says “Both versions of "Dancing with Myself" have been described as new waveand dance-rock, but also as power pop, glam rock, disco-punk, post-punk and pop-punk.” Sorry if you think otherwise! OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 18:46, 26 June 2025 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Dancing with Myself. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 22:15, 26 June 2025 (UTC)
- Ok! Can you please help me with this issue? OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 22:30, 26 June 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you Binksternet for your understanding, the guy Doctorhawkes apologized for the situation & read the article & understood my edit on the article Dancing with Myself, I appreciate your intervention of an edit war & the edit war was resolved! I appreciate your concern over the situation! OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 00:59, 28 June 2025 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources, as you did at Dancing with Myself. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 01:27, 28 June 2025 (UTC)
- It had sources & I had discussion! Why am I being criticized for being right? I shouldn’t be punished! I’m just trying to help! I don’t want wars! I just want accuracy! Please stop instigating an edit war that is unnecessary! Thank you! OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 01:40, 28 June 2025 (UTC)
Do not source anything from AllMusic's summary
[edit]Don't source genres or any other information from AllMusic's summary, which is user-generated and therefore unreliable. See WP:ALLMUSIC. You may source genres from AllMusic reviews only, not user reviews. If you continue to add genres sourced from AllMusic's summary or user reviews, I will continue to remove them. ResPM (T🔈🎵C) 20:23, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
- It doesn’t say anything about that! OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 02:13, 28 August 2025 (UTC)
- So AllMusic reviews are ok but not AllMusic user reviews?!!!!!! Are you even listening to yourself?!!!!!!! AllMusic has been considered a reliable source! Multiple articles & other users have used this source! Get educated, don’t start edit wars & pick fights! If you wanna truly be a good Wikipedia user, stay in your lane & act like everybody else & understand that there’s a bigger picture & that there’s no need for this! People wanna create Wikipedia edits with reliable sources, better information & explicit details, it’s common sense! I’m tired of this nonsense because I can have other Wikipedia users with experience back me up on this & prove a point that there’s no reason for this fighting! I don’t want to start an edit war but I don’t tolerate these biased opinions! If you want to handle it correctly you can understand that I know quite a bit about Wikipedia & trust me I know that a really good user Binksternet would agree that I’m using reliable sources! If you want to further discuss how to address the issue in a better manner then please go ahead! OpionsAreFreeSpeech (talk) 02:21, 28 August 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contribution(s). However, as a general rule, while user talk pages permit a small degree of generalisation, other talk pages such as Talk:IPhone 16 are strictly for discussing improvements to their associated main pages, and many of them have special instructions on the top. They are not a general discussion forum about the article's topic or any other topic. If you have questions or ideas and are not sure where to post them, consider asking at the Teahouse. Thanks.
