I have sent you a note about a page you started

[edit]

Hi OathOn. Thank you for your work on Chatham Ragged School. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Thanks for creating this article to cover the school and the extant listed building, a rare survivor of this 19th century movement. An interesting read. I've added a few more categories, with sections to provided a more focussed lede. I've consolidates the several near-duplicate references - the sources are short enough that readers don't need quotes as justification for every point being made.

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Richard Watts Charities when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 17:44, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Potential LLM use

[edit]

Hi - are you using AI tools for your recent edits here? If so, can you mention:

  • What tool(s) you are using, and what version
  • What prompts, features, workflow, etc. you are using
  • What review, if any, you are doing of the output

Thank you! NicheSports (talk) 13:51, 3 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
I am only using LLM's for the base (bare bones) of the subject. After, I then conduct further research verifying what's been outputted; I then add my own research. I only use an LLM to help me understand the subject, and then do significant changes if needed, which is always the case, but I do not rely on an LLM for everything.
For example, an article I created (The Brook, Chatham) took me nearly an entire month to research, change, in person research and more.
For the review of the output, I cross examine it using other tools aswell as my own analysis. If I can’t find any references to add as a source, I then use an LLM to help me find the source, or I search on different browsers and other tools using keywords and phrases, such as medway.gov.uk (if it’s a Medway subject, etc, but as stated I do not rely on an LLM for everything.
I would like to keep my prompts and what I use private. I hope this helps OathOn (talk) 14:01, 3 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
