Template:Mosques in Mongolia

[edit]

Hi,

Thank you for creating the Template:Mosques in Mongolia :) .. However, there are only two links inside that template (two mosques). Last time I tried creating the same template, but for mosques in Vietnam, and it had only two links inside, and that template was tagged for deletion due to WP:NENAN, and eventually got deleted. Inside that rule, I only figured out that the minimum number of links required inside a navbox is at least five links. Don't worry, I am not a deletionist so I will not tag this Template:Mosques in Mongolia for deletion. But I am just afraid one day, other editor will tag this Mongolia mosques template for deletion due to that WP:NENAN rule (which requires navbox to have at least 5 links inside it), Unless you can also help to create new Mongolia mosques articles in Wikipedia so that we can have five Mongolia mosques articles here to have the navbox stays :) Chongkian (talk) 06:18, 24 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Menghai Mosque (September 22)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Absurdum4242 was:
This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:
Make sure you add references that meet these criteria before resubmitting. Learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
The article itself is well formatted and laid out, however, there is an issue with the sources. In order to prove notability, we need 2-3 reliable, independent, secondary sources which talk directly about the topic of the article for more than a paragraph or two. This is necessary in order to prove notability. Unfortunately, this article doesn’t have that yet. Some of the sources seem to talk about another nearby mosque, but not THIS mosque, while other sources talk about the Hui people in Myanmar, but not about the Mosque in China. Unfortunately this means that these sources do not meet the standards required to count towards notability. I really hope that you can find some sources which will allow us to do this, and I will have no hesitation approving the article once you have managed to find them and incorporate their information in the article. Good luck 👍
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.
