Edit request for Manitoba parties
[edit]There have been some changes to Manitoba's parties compared to the current templates. The Manitoba First Party, which uses purple, (#5E419B ) was previously called the Manitoba Party, and is now defunct. The Manitoba Forward Party, which is represented with Forest Green (#22824F ) has changed its name to the Manitoba Party, and a new party has emerged called the Keystone Party, which also uses purple. The party colour template for "Manitoba Party" still uses the Manitoba First colour, and there isn't one for Keystone. We could use a second party colour under the name "Manitoba" using the Manitoba Forward colour, and a new one for the Keystone Party. Refer to List of political parties in Manitoba to see.
Edit Request for Centre BC
[edit]Karin Kirkpatrick, the former BCU MLA has founded her own party Centre BC, who should be added to the template now, probably with the colour #ee2d30 , as this seems to be the main colour on the party website: https://www.centrebc.ca/
Many thanks! CoaxAndBotany (talk) 18:17, 14 June 2025 (UTC)
- Seconding this request, under the name of "Centre BC" (with a space) since that is what their official name on the ballot will be. The suggested colour #EE2D30 has acceptable contrast with current and previous parties, and is better than the grey the party currently defaults to that should be used only for independents.

OneBC official name according to Elections BC
[edit]Update the template for OneBC to reflect the party's official name according to Elections BC, without a space. Source: Link - Epluribusunumyall (talk) 18:29, 7 July 2025 (UTC)
- Done. -- Earl Andrew - talk 20:19, 7 July 2025 (UTC)
OneBC Link
[edit]The template for One BC is linking to One BC (the year) rather than One BC (political party). Baconheimian (talk) 15:56, 9 July 2025 (UTC)
- That's because someone moved the article without dealing with the incoming links. I've resolved the issue.-- Earl Andrew - talk 16:22, 9 July 2025 (UTC)
Libertarian
[edit]What's the deal with all the Libertarian parties showing F2BA00, seemingly based off a Reddit post years ago? FFF000 would make more sense as pure-yellow is the stated colour (drawn from the Gadsden Flag which is elsewhere confirmed as FFF000) - and FFD700 would be the "alternate" colour of pure gold - but F2BA00 seems insanely similar to the NDP and not relevant to Libertarian. PonceDeLeonTheLesser (talk) 23:36, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
- The colour we're using appears to be the exact same as on their website. No reason to change. -- Earl Andrew - talk 15:22, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
