The article is new but has a readable prose size of 1242 characters, which is not long enough for DYK. The presence of a maintenance template that challenges the article's notability is contrary to DYK's "presentability" guideline: WP:DYKTAG. The hook, which doesn't provide a boldlink to the article being nominated, should be interesting enough, if not for the aforementioned issues. Nominator is exempted from doing a QPQ, being that this is their first nomination. Nomination is not ready to be promoted for the main page until these issues are resolved.
