DC Super Powers is an upcoming American animated superhero television series based on the Super Powers Collection toyline from DC Comics. Produced by DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation, the series follows a group of superpowered students training to become the next generation of heroes.
An animated series based on the Super Powers line was announced by DC Studios in February 2025, with Matt Beans attached.
Premise
[edit]The series follows a group of new students at the Alliance School for Heroes who hope to evolve their powers and graduate to become the next generation of heroes.[1]
Voice cast and characters
[edit]The students who will appear in the series are Lightning, the Flash, Plastic Man, Aquagirl, Green Lantern, and Terra, while Martian Manhunter appears as the principal of the Alliance School.[1]

[edit]In February 2025, DC Studios co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran announced that it had greenlit three "younger-skewed" animated series which were being co-produced with Warner Bros. Animation and executive producer Sam Register. One of these series was DC Super Powers, based on the DC Comics toyline the Super Powers Collection and its tie-in comic books. Matt Beans was set to executive produce the series while Michael Chang was the supervising producer.[1]
Release
[edit]DC Super Powers will be released as part of the "DC Elseworlds" label.[2]
