[edit]your revert here. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=National_Council_of_Jewish_Women&diff=prev&oldid=1277207503
It does not strike me as appropriate. 2603:7000:2101:AA00:44F9:2D4:FCC9:BE1D (talk) 09:37, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- Sumimasen, I reverted because you removed maintenance tags. YuiFujimoto (talk) 09:39, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- Why are you under the impression that the tag was still appropriate? (It was not). See Wikipedia:WTRMT --2603:7000:2101:AA00:44F9:2D4:FCC9:BE1D (talk) 09:40, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- You can start the discussion on the article talk page if you believe that the maintenance tags are no longer important. In the meantime, you can try to add some additional reliable references and try to fix the article before removing the maintenance tags. YuiFujimoto (talk) 09:49, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- I don't think you understand. There was no problem that called for the tag that you inserted. Everything was already cited, or had a tag for what needed to be cited. In that case, it is not appropriate for you to put a tag atop the page. I would suggest that you self-revert. I gather you may be a new editor. But I just cited the rule for you above. Maintenance templates are not meant to be in articles permanently. Any user without a conflict of interest may remove a maintenance template when the issue has been adequately addressed; obviously, that has been done. Under that circumstance it is disruptive to apply the tag atop the page. --2603:7000:2101:AA00:44F9:2D4:FCC9:BE1D (talk) 10:02, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- Well, let me correct you here that I didn't added those tags I just reverted while patrolling at recent changes and your summary was just c/e without any explanation. You can revert/remove it. Arigato, YuiFujimoto (talk) 10:08, 23 February 2025 (UTC)

- By reverting, you added the tag. Which was not appropriate. Just looking at the article, you could see that every sentence had a ref or a tag (other than the lede, per wp:lede). Thank you. --2603:7000:2101:AA00:44F9:2D4:FCC9:BE1D (talk) 10:10, 23 February 2025 (UTC)

Spammers
[edit]Thank you for reporting 2409:408d:3d84:75f4:374a:5c7c:bf3c:85e6 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) to ANI. I have added to your report as the same names were being promoted yesterday, which led to a range-block, so the edits were block evasion as well. Thanks again. Arjayay (talk) 13:33, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- Arigato @Arjayay San, I reported them because they were trying to add their name and were spamming the RC feed despite multiple warnings. YuiFujimoto (talk) 13:59, 23 February 2025 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Cristina Rodriguez (painter)
[edit]Hello YuiFujimoto. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Cristina Rodriguez (painter), a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Coverage in Ocala Gazette is a sufficient claim of importance - use WP:AFD. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 15:22, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Chapter IV â Le Je-Ne-Sais-Quoi Et Le Presque Rien
[edit]Hello YuiFujimoto, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Chapter IV â Le Je-Ne-Sais-Quoi Et Le Presque Rien, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Contains sufficient content to be a stub. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 15:53, 23 February 2025 (UTC)

Pronoun Usage in Daniel KĂŒblböck Article
[edit]I noticed that my recent edit on the Daniel KĂŒblböck article, specifically regarding the pronoun usage, was reverted. I made that change as her page already cites that "Shortly before the disappearance, KĂŒblböck stated he wanted to assume a female identity and began using the name Lana Kaiser". Continuing to use the pronouns "he", "himself", and "him" don't seem to align with the content of the article.
Iâd like to understand your perspective and discuss how we can best adhere to Wikipedia's guidelines on gender identity and pronoun usage. My goal is to ensure the article is both accurate and respectful. 136.52.39.61 (talk) 17:31, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- I don't understand what you want to discuss with me when you have vandalized the article and changed all the details. YuiFujimoto (talk) 17:36, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
- I understand your concern, and I want to clarify that my intention was not to vandalize the article. I updated the pronoun usage because it reflects the subject's pronoun usage stated and cited directly in the article.
- I believe this change maintains accuracy and respect for the subject. If thereâs any confusion or if you have concerns about the sources or guidelines, Iâm more than willing to discuss it.
- Per Wikipedia guidelines, "if consensus cannot be reached over which pronouns to use for a subject, rewriting to avoid pronouns altogether may be considered. Writing without using pronouns requires extra time and care to ensure the text reads smoothly and to avoid awkwardness or confusion". If this is the case, I will re-write the article to use no pronouns. 136.52.39.61 (talk) 17:48, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
