The only in-depth sources the draft cites is the GeekWire and Gonzaga University. The latter of which can not be considered independent since it is a partner of the ZEV Co-op.

Many statements are without sources. Please cite reliable (and preferably independent sources).

In addition, the article contains unattributed opinions, as it can be seen in phrasings such as "affordable", "community-driven".
