Unfortunately it's not really a topic area that I edit in, but I'd definitely encourage you to be bold and have a go at writing the page yourself! You can refer to Help:Your first article for some helpful guidance, and you can then use the Article wizard to create your draft. You will need to find reliable sources about the village, and then write your draft based on those sources. Links to draft articles

Please do not introduce links to draft articles in actual articles, as you did to Ngerekebesang and List of cities, towns and villages in Palau. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style.
