- hi yes sure. Articles require in depth coverage in multiple reliable sources, and yours doesn’t have that. I am a new page reviewer and Sahavoay was in the queue for new page review. Beosi is not a new article so it doesn’t come under new page review. Mccapra (talk) 22:09, 17 September 2025 (UTC)

FYI - when translating, the attribution goes in the edit summary, not the talkpage
[edit]Hi, Mccapra. Just as an FYI, the local policy is that when you translate or copy material from one article to another, you have to link to the original page (or provide a list of authors) in the edit summary. The {{translated page}} template, while nice, is completely optional; many content re-users don't link to talkpages, and it makes it hard for somebody looking through the edit history to realize which content is the work of the editor it's credited to and which was written by other people. To fix this, you can make a dummy edit and link to the original article. See, for example, my edit here in Special:Diff/1314019414 on Jean-Georges Cornélius.
If you'd like to automate this, and you're okay with the UI, you can always use the content translation tool; it's pretty simple, and, if you'd like, you can just copy the original French article into the right box, press save to your userspace, then finish your translation. Need help related to rejected draft
[edit]Hi, my draft Draft:Deoghar Municipal Corporation (DMC) was rejected as a duplicate. However, no separate page exists for the municipal corporation. Currently, the Deoghar city page covers it. In reality, the city and its municipal corporation are distinct entities. Please kindly help :)

- hi thanks for your message. The fact that they are two separate entities does not necessarily mean we should have two separate articles. We want readers to be able to find information without having to click from one page to another more than is necessary, so we generally prefer one long article to three or four short ones. If there is really a lot to say about the municipal corporation that is not just about the town, then two articles makes sense. However if reliable sourcing only supports fairly basic info about the corporation then it should be included in the article about the town, and the title should be a redirect to the town article. The best way of approaching this will be to create a section about the corporation in the article about the town, and keep expanding it. Once you have several paragraphs of solid and well-sourced content, you can split it out into a separate article again. Mccapra (talk) 19:09, 2 October 2025 (UTC)

I just wanted to let you know that I've instead merged it with Syrian Hezbollah made it redirect there instead as the group was a part of Syrian Hezbollah.
