Wales education book
[edit]Hi @Llewee, I hope you're well. I came across a review of "Education and female emancipation: the Welsh experience, 1847–1914" which mentions the author "has provided us with a much needed and very useful history of women's education in Wales from the 1847 Report on the state of Education in Wales down to 1914". It seems this would be quite a useful source to make History of education in Wales (1701–1870) and History of education in Wales (1870–1939) more comprehensive. IAWW (talk) 15:35, 13 July 2025 (UTC)
- Hi It is a wonderful world, sorry for not getting back to you sooner I have been working on a different article. I have ordered the book you suggested and will use it for my rewrite of History of education in Wales (1870–1939) to get it to featured status. I think that period is its main focus but there might be some useful information for History of education in Wales (1701–1870) :)--Llewee (talk) 15:36, 29 September 2025 (UTC)
- Good to hear you're well! I hope you like the infoboxes I added to the remainder of the articles in that collection :) I'm glad to hear my suggestion was helpful and I'll keep an eye on those articles for improvements in the future. IAWW (talk) 16:20, 29 September 2025 (UTC)
Destubathon runs until the 16th of July
[edit]Hi, just a courtesy message to notify you in case you haven't seen the Wikipedia:The World Destubathon contest update in the last few days that we've decided to run the full month until the 16th of July. For those who have been too busy to contribute, we would love some help in reaching 4000 articles by Wednesday night! At present we're about 480 articles short!♦ Dr. Blofeld 16:45, 13 July 2025 (UTC)

Michael Gove
[edit]Hi @Llewee, just wanted to find out whether you're still able to continue with the GA review for Michael Gove. Apologies that there are so many problems - this is the first good article nomination I've made. Thank you for all your comments so far. Andysmith248 (talk) 21:09, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
- @Andysmith248 No need to apologise the article is in a decent condition, I should be going faster with the review. My time for Wikipedia is just quite restricted at the moment and I keep on getting distracted with the other tasks I have ongoing. I will try to get all the comments done by the end of this week.
