Hello, I'm JalenBarks. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Wikimapia, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jalen Barks (Woof) 17:57, 20 May 2025 (UTC)
Please do not introduce links to draft articles in actual articles, as you did to List of tallest structures in Belgium. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. Taffer😊💬(she/they) 21:42, 27 May 2025 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Talk:Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. GSK (talk • edits) 20:25, 31 May 2025 (UTC)
Thanks for your contributions to UP-Site. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. harrz talk 17:32, 26 May 2025 (UTC)

Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/2025-05-31/In the future, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of WikiMaps
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on WikiMaps requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. win8x (talk) 13:07, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Logo for WikiMaps.jpeg
[edit]
Thanks for uploading File:Logo for WikiMaps.jpeg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Johnj1995 (talk) 20:47, 10 June 2025 (UTC)
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, LeafyBush, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Neerpede Observation Tower, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.
Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Neerpede Observation Tower - Observatietoren Neerpede.jpeg
[edit]
Thank you for uploading File:Neerpede Observation Tower - Observatietoren Neerpede.jpeg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This is an automated notification. Please refer to the page's history for further information. DatBot (talk) 00:31, 17 June 2025 (UTC)

- It is clearly visible that the image is an AI generated fake image, about a non-existing tower. The article about it in the Dutch Wikipedia has meanwhile been deleted as 'complete nonsense'. Erik Wannee (talk) 05:26, 19 June 2025 (UTC)
- I don't think it is AI-generated; it just is a bad ('in elkaar geknutseld') photoshopped image. WikiJonathan (talk) 18:26, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
- @WikiJonathan: I think you are right; the author writes here that it is generated with Freeform. Erik Wannee (talk) 18:05, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
