[edit] Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Linkin Park. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. 4TheWynne (talk • contribs) 08:27, 10 March 2024 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 3
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Irakli Garibashvili, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Independent. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 19:54, 3 January 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Hello, I'm Skyshifter. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Celestica (song), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Skyshiftertalk 15:49, 16 February 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Liberland, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. The Manual of Style at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lead section#Alternative names states that multiple alternate names should be placed in a footnote of section of the article. Beyond that, however, I contend that those alternate names are not germane to the article, and should be left out. Donald Albury 20:21, 21 March 2025 (UTC)

Advice
[edit]Just an advice: If a user reverts you, like I did here, and you do not agree, you should not revert back. Instead, you should follow WP:BRD and start discussion. Revering each other, especially without any comment, leads to WP:edit-warring. Vanjagenije (talk) 13:24, 29 March 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Hello, JamesLewis06. I noticed that your recent edit to 2024–present Serbian anti-corruption protests added a link to an image on an external website or on your computer, or to a file name that does not exist on Wikipedia's server. For technical and policy reasons it is not possible to use images from external sources on Wikipedia. Most images you find on the internet are copyrighted and cannot be used on Wikipedia, or their use is subject to certain restrictions. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request that someone else upload it. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Hello, I'm Boud. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Here are your edits of 18+19 September 2025 that are mostly unsourced . Boud (talk) 23:52, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. This was your edit that removed a {{cn}} tag for a set of sentences that are unsourced. Boud (talk) 08:15, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
Please do not remove tags that require seeking consensus on the talk page of an article, as you did on 2024–2025 Georgian protests, where you removed the {{dubious}} tag without first seeking consensus. The discussion there appears to still be open. You need to present your sources to the others participating in the editorial discussion there on the talk page section. Boud (talk) 12:21, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, you may be blocked from editing. This was your unsourced edit. You cannot require other editors to provide sources for your edits. Boud (talk) 08:46, 21 September 2025 (UTC)

Introduction to contentious topics
[edit]You have recently edited a page related to the Balkans or Eastern Europe, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template. If you have questions, please contact me or ask at the Arbitration Committee Clerks Noticeboard. Mellk (talk) 10:51, 4 October 2025 (UTC)
