User talk:Guylaen
Hello. Thank you for your contributions. I noticed this edit with the edit summary I AM STILL WORKING ON THIS SECTION DO NOT DELETE IT
. That is a clumsy way of doing it when better alternatives exist:
- You can add the {{In use}} template to the article, which results in a notice letting others know the article is being actively edited.
- You can work on the changes and additions in your sandbox.
I hope that helps. TurboSuperA+[talk] 07:10, 7 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you. I am aware. Guylaen (talk) 07:38, 7 September 2025 (UTC)
- Actually, I just read your message again and I actually had never heard of In Use before. Thanks, that helps a bunch. Guylaen (talk) 01:44, 9 September 2025 (UTC)

- We will deff need to re-build the page in 2027, when MIIS shuts down and CTEC is still in operation, as seems to be the plan. Guylaen (talk) 07:07, 9 October 2025 (UTC)
DYK for August Del Gracio
[edit]On 23 September 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article August Del Gracio, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. A tag has been placed on Category:Center on Terrorism, Extremism, and Counterterrorism indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 21:21, 2 October 2025 (UTC)

Infobox military exercise
[edit]Regading {{Infobox military exercise}}, it sounds like you want to overhaul the template to add new information and make it more useful... Can I help in anyway? I'm pretty good with infoboxes, one of my few talents... Anyway, if you want to team up I'm happy to help! - Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 07:27, 24 October 2025 (UTC)
- I am wondering if we should make a more general exercise infobox though.
- For example, Clade X was an exercise about pandemics.
- There are other exercises that other government departments and even businesses do. Guylaen (talk) 21:05, 5 November 2025 (UTC)
Department of Propaganda in Enemy Countries
[edit]Hiya. You might like to pop a project tag or two on the talk page? Also, just an idea, I'd perhaps reduce the number of red links on the page? Thanks for the informative and extensive article! Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 06:28, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- Same goes for Military Intelligence (Research)! :) Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 06:55, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, I have added the appropriate portals to the talk pages for those pages. (Something I often forget to do. I will double-check all my creations to make sure they have portals)
- Anyways, the red links will be there for about a month, so that I can see if I can make pages or redirect them somewhere. That's my basic process to just work off of the red links on pages that I make. Guylaen (talk) 16:34, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- Or in my head it seems like a month but I make an article or two a day, so it will probably be a week. Guylaen (talk) 16:34, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
