Hi MediaKyle, Thanks for your message. I want to clarify that I previously edited under another account while affiliated with a different institution. When I relocated to France for a short research stay during the third year of my PhD, my institution advised me to begin with a clean slate for professional and privacy reasons. I created this new account accordingly and have not used the previous one since. This was done in good faith, following the principles of WP:CLEANSTART.
I am not coordinating edits off-wiki. My work remains focused on feminist art, Canadian artists, and issues of institutional accountability — including documentation efforts around fabricated exhibition histories and MeToo-related cases, as in the case of the artist in question. If any further clarification or disclosure is needed, I’m happy to provide it. Cagrantsas (talk) 01:48, 12 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hi there, thanks for getting back to me. I'm not sure what the deal is with Charles Stankievech, but if you have reliable sources to back it up I'm happy to add it to the article, just let me know. Just so you're aware, a clean start implies that you don't intend on returning to the same topics, and it only took a brief glance at the edit history of the aforementioned article for me to infer that the will to delete it was probably related to the edit that added the MeToo category. Cheers, MediaKyle (talk) 14:13, 12 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
