[edit] Hello, I'm Isabelle Belato. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Preston School—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Preston School, you may be blocked from editing. Jonathan Deamer (talk) 19:06, 12 December 2024 (UTC)

Hello. Your recent edit to Preston School appears to have added a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Tacyarg (talk) 20:44, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
- Hi, I have reverted your changes again. The headteacher's name needs a source - what you have added does not match the name listed on the DfE record of the school. People listed under alumni should have Wikipedia articles about them already. See WP:WTAF. Tacyarg (talk) 20:51, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Preston School. Tacyarg (talk) 21:29, 12 December 2024 (UTC)

Important Notice
[edit]![]() | Hello. I noticed that you recently gave warnings on the talk page of User:Tacyarg and reverted his edits to correct information. You placed warnings such as edit warring and more on his talk page. Tacyarg reverted your edit only because the information did not seem correct, and therefore the warning on your talk page. Please do not remove other users content and issue false warnings, as you did. For example, you gave a unexplained content removal when the removal was explained in Tacyarg's edit summary. (Edit summary: Not accurate - dfe says capacity is 975) I will remove the false warnings and will attempt to revert the revert you have made. ![]() |
Speedy deletion nomination of Juesao Junior Military Program
[edit]
Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as Juesao Junior Military Program, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - An article, to be accepted, must assert the notability of the subject in a global project, and have citations to neutral, unbiased reliable sources which back up that assertion. An "article" with no sources is barely a draft and has no place here. --Orange Mike | Talk 20:22, 16 December 2024 (UTC)

[edit] Hello, I'm Mellk. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Kuril Islands, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mellk (talk) 22:32, 27 February 2025 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 13
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kuril Islands, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ainu. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 07:53, 13 April 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Kuril Islands. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use your sandbox. Thank you. Mellk (talk) 14:54, 13 April 2025 (UTC)

- @Voorts: It seems they are still continuing the same behavior since you blocked them for adding unsourced/poorly sourced content. For example, they keep changing the majority population in the infobox for Kuril Islands even though this is not supported in the main text. Mellk (talk) 00:58, 22 April 2025 (UTC)

. voorts (talk/contributions) 01:11, 22 April 2025 (UTC)- If you would like to be unblocked, you must discuss your edits to that article and explain why you are making them. You must also back up your claims with reliable sources. voorts (talk/contributions) 01:14, 22 April 2025 (UTC)
- For instance, a reliable source should be provided to support this change that inserted "Qurali" as a common language and "Quralia" as an alternative name. Mellk (talk) 01:19, 22 April 2025 (UTC)
