The nature of Wikipedia means that you cannot make a convincing argument based solely on whether content exists or not, as anyone can freely edit articles and add or remove material at will.

Why cant this one?

The deletion discussion for AnyDecentMusic? found no significant coverage. Wikipedia does not give prominence to material that does not have prominence in the real world per WP:WEIGHT. An aggregator's score is a viewpoint, and if those viewpoints are not consistently cited by independent, reliable sources, it constitutes undue weight to include them.
