@Guylaen Why a target? I didn't like the scale, but is there a specific CVE/CT relevance to a target? This is not an objection, but I am curious and do not know. PARAKANYAA (talk) 07:42, 18 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Well... the scales are more generally for law, which is a broad topic.

Here's the conundrum over the icon:

• Counterterrorism (CT) materials often emphasize security, defense, and disruption (e.g., shields, barriers, broken weapons).
• Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) materials often emphasize community, peace, and resilience (e.g., doves, olive branches, hands, education symbols).

The target I suppose is much more aligned with the CT mindset. Not the CVE mindset. Suggestions? Guylaen (talk) 08:29, 18 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
