Please change the second sentence from: “Founded in 1966 as Plastro Irrigation Systems Ltd, Rivulis is headquartered in Kibbutz Gvat, Jezreel Valley, Israel” to:
Rivulis is headquartered in Singapore and is majority-owned by Temasek.[1]
Done - confirmed on company website. Encoded Talk 💬 21:48, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
Please change the third sentence from: “The company represents an integration of four industry pioneers and veterans: Plastro, T-Systems, Roberts Irrigation, and Eurodrip” to:
With origins since the 1930s, the company represents an integration of five industry pioneers and veterans: Plastro, T-Systems, Roberts Irrigation, Eurodrip and NaanDanJain.[2]
In the fourth sentence please change from:
"It has 3,300 business partners worldwide" to:
It has 6,000 business partners worldwide
Not done - can you provide a source for this? Encoded Talk 💬 21:48, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
In the fifth sentence please change from:
"The company operates 16 factories worldwide and has 2,000 employees." To:
The company operates 20 factories worldwide and has nearly 3,000 employees.[3][4]
Partly done - first source doesn't verify this info, and second source says 25 factories which I've included. Encoded Talk 💬 21:48, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
In the History section, please add this text after the sentence “In 2020, Temasek Holdings acquired a majority stake in Rivulis”:
In June 2022, Rivulis acquired the international subsidiaries of Jain Irrigation including NaanDanJain and Jain became a minority shareholder while Temasek retained majority holding.[4]
In the History section, please add this text at the end:
In July 2024, Rivulis and Phytech, a company that develops plant-based farming applications, announced a strategic partnership. Rivulis’ ag-tech subsidiary, Manna operations were merged into Phytech and Rivulis became a shareholder.[5]
In the Products section, please replace the third and fourth sentences with:
The Company offers services including professional system design, agronomic expertise, hands-on training and education, in-the-field technical support, financing, logistics and ag-tech solutions providing growers with insights into their crops, fields and irrigation systems in real time. Additional product innovations include:
In the Products section, please replace the beginning of the first bulleted item from: "Rivulis X-Pell"
to: Rivulis Defend[6]
In the Products section, please erase the fifth bulleted item (since, as mentioned above, Manna was merged with Phytech):
"Manna Irrigation Intelligence – a sensor-free precision irrigation decision support solution[buzzword] helping growers to fine-tune their irrigation decisions in real time."
In the products section, please add the following items at the end of the bulleted list:
- D5000 CX: Pressure compensated (PC) drip line with copper oxide blended into each dripper to reduce root intrusion.[7]
- Rivulis T-Tape White - Eco-friendly Trusted Tape Made from at least 50% recycled material.[8]
- Rivulis ReelView: Cloud-based crop and field monitoring application.[9]
Partly done - tape sounds promotional, WP is not a place to advertise products. Encoded Talk 💬 21:48, 30 October 2024 (UTC)

I would like to update and fix the infobox:
- Fix the spelling of the Headquarters to “Singapore”
- In the owner line, replace “Jaya Hind Industries (JHI)” with “Jain Irrigation Systems”[1]
- Please update the Number of employees to “over 2,500”[1]
- Please add a new line: “Key people = Eran Ossmy (President)”[2]

Partly done: The owner section is probably supposed to list the owner of the company, not the companies the subject owns. No mention of "2,500" in the cited source. The other two requests were done. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 15:21, 21 August 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for reviewing my COI edit request.
- Regarding the ownership issue: please note that in the first reference (Globes) the headline “Israeli irrigation co Rivulis buys India's Jain”) is a bit misleading, since it’s a cash and stock deal. The subtitle presents the issue more accurately: “Jain will hold a 22% stake in the merged company and Singapore investment fund Temasek the other 78%”.
- Therefore, I asked to update the info box so the owner line will say: “Temasek Holdings, Jain Irrigation Systems”. Adig-pt (talk) 09:02, 1 September 2025 (UTC)
