This claim is incorrect. Her father was born on (Greek) Crete in 1933. He and his family emigrated to American when he was 2. Upon entry, his father, her grandfather, changed the family name to Aniston. She was born with last name Aniston. Full stop.98.17.181.251 (talk) 06:30, 26 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This is written as if it's been quoted unaltered from a celebrity news site. Generally speaking, we don't engage in rhapsodic gushing about a celebrity's personal life - or their professional life, for that matter. This is an encyclopedia - not People or Variety. The entirety of this can be boiled down to a single sentence in the 'personal life' section: "In 2024 Aniston adopted a daughter". Followed by a citation to a reasonably reliable source. Jennifer aka Jenna?

Vanity Fair posted a YouTube video where Aniston sounds like she's introducing herself as Jenna Aniston (although captions say Jen Aniston). As long as "Jennifer Aniston" is her legal and professional name, i would keep the article title as is, but if she also uses a nickname, is that worth noting on Wikipedia? Vanity Fair posted the video showing Aniston talking about herself, so i assume this counts as a reliable source.
