Comment: Still has an AI-hallucinated reference. "The Grand is a key part of Eastlakes' transformation" is very promotional. jlwoodwa (talk) 02:30, 5 August 2025 (UTC)
Comment: it is pointless and disruptive to re-submit with zero changes. Theroadislong (talk) 10:58, 3 August 2025 (UTC)

One Global Capital is a privately held Australian property development and investment company founded in 2023 by Iwan Sunito, an Australian-Indonesian property developer and architect.[1] The company is based in Sydney, New South Wales, and undertakes mixed-use residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
History
[edit]One Global Capital was established in 2023 by Iwan Sunito following his departure from Crown Group, a Sydney-based property developer he co-founded in 1994.
Developments
[edit]In 2024, One Global Capital acquired The Grand at Eastlakes, a mixed-use development including residential apartments and a retail precinct.[2][3] The retail section was later rebranded as One Global Gallery.[4]
Also in 2024, the company rebranded the Skye Suites Green Square hotel as One Global Resorts Green Square, launching a hospitality division under the One Global Resorts brand.[5] The site also houses a conference centre known as the One Global Conference Centre.[6]
In April 2024, One Global Capital opened a representative office in Jakarta, Indonesia.[7]
In 2024, the company announced plans for a $500 million mixed-use precinct in Macquarie Park, Sydney, including residential apartments, a hotel, and commercial space, designed by Kengo Kuma and Crone Architects.[1] The Australian Financial Review reported the project forms part of a broader strategy to expand the company's asset base, with a goal of reaching $1 billion in assets under management by 2026.[8]

- Vague, generic, and speculative statements extrapolated from similar subjects
- Essay-like writing
- Hallucinations (plausible-sounding, but false information) and non-existent references
- Close paraphrasing
Please address these issues. The best way is usually to read reliable sources and summarize them, instead of using a large language model. See our help page on large language models.
