Comment: inaturalist is user generated and not generally a reliable source (see WP:INATURALIST). GBIF says the genus is doubtful. ITIS does not list it at all. So need good reliable sources so show valid taxon KylieTastic (talk) 10:04, 14 June 2025 (UTC)

Eurychora is a genus of darkling beetles commonly known as the moldy beetles or dirttoks.^[1]

Distribution

Eurychora is found in southern and southeastern Africa, with some found in Senegal and Mexico.^[1]

Appearance

Species in Eurychora have a very rusty or dirty appearance, hence its common names "moldy beetles" and "dirttoks".
