Incumbent Presbitero Velasco Jr. (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for the House of Representatives in Marinduque's lone legislative district.[1] He was re-elected under PDP–Laban with 48.08% of the vote in 2022.

Velasco's son, representative Lord Allan Velasco (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running against former Marinduque board member Mel Go (Partido Demokratiko Pilipino).[1][2]
