– Wikipedia:Popular pages should either redirect to Wikipedia:Top 25 Report or be retitled to Wikipedia:Popular pages. The Top 25 Report is a very frequently updated place for Wikipedia's most viewed articles of the week, so I think that changing the focus of the page is good. No. The Top 25 report has been called the Top 25 report for 13 years. It has been cited as such by multiple outside sources. Changing it would produce nothing but confusion, and likely lead to a decrease in viewership. WP:Popular pages is a distinct article with its own coverage and focus. The page hasn't been updated since 2023. If it gets updated again at some point in the future, I might be open to keeping the page intact, but I am hoping that whatever the content of that page is, it is maintained similarly to the Top 25 Report.
