List of countries by foreign exchange reserves shorten by you
[edit]I personally think the coloumns which you have removed from " List of countries by foreign exchange reserves " were important as foreign exchange resreves is a important topic which do need some additional information which are useful. Please write back on the topic as I want to know you thoughts.List of countries by foreign exchange reserves Kanu Parasrampuria (talk) 16:07, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
- I see. For the U.N. Geoscheme columns, I think you can add back the continents OR sub-region column (just one), whichever you think fits the article more. For the last reported date and ref columns, I simply merged them together to simplify the table and create space, so no information is lost. zsteve21 (talk) 16:14, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
- Even if no information is lost, the differentiation between total forex and forex excluding gold with proper dates has become harder for newcomers on Wikipedia to read, as many major countries publish forex and gold data at different times. Kanu Parasrampuria (talk) 16:58, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
- Actually, most countries (with the exception of a few) had the same dates so I merged them and I believe it's much easier for readers. Also, many countries don't publish forex excluding gold, so there would be no difference there. zsteve21 (talk) 17:05, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for clearing the doubt, after hearing you I feel it's good. It's just that I don't know how to add back the continent or region column. Kanu Parasrampuria (talk) 03:41, 31 August 2025 (UTC)
- I have added the continents column back. zsteve21 (talk) 09:19, 31 August 2025 (UTC)

Sorting problings
[edit]On some of the lists you changed recently, the sorting functions is broken after your changes. See on List of countries by government budget as percentage of GDP where negative number are sorted incorrectly now in the column "New lending or borrowing" for example. Could you please try to fix this. Afus199620 (talk) 20:38, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
- Ok, I have fixed it. The problem is that I have used en dash instead of the minus symbol, which both look almost identical. This problem will probably occur in other related articles. If you see this problem, you can replace it. Thanks for pointing it out! zsteve21 (talk) 21:56, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
Hi! You recently merged and then redirected this article. That's totally fine, but please make it clear in your edit summary that you're merging the content and to where, since redirects with merged content need to be treated differently than WP:BLARs in certain cases. They should typically be tagged as R from merge instead of R with history. Rusalkii (talk) 21:14, 18 September 2025 (UTC)
- Sure. Thanks for letting me know. zsteve21 (talk) 21:23, 18 September 2025 (UTC)
