This reads like an ad. Please read up on how to write for Wikipedia, and on what makes a company notable (see WP:NCORP. How much funding a company got does not contribute to notability and is not central for an encyclopaedia, so don't put that in the lede, it shouldn't be the most importantly thing about a company. Focus on what others have written about the company in reliable independent sources. Make sure the tone is neutral and not promotional. If you don't want criticism to be included don't make a Wikipedia article for the company as it will almost certainly end up including any controversies if they have significant coverage in reliable independent sources.
