Over using the "minor" edit button
[edit] Hi Zdremon! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. SportsGuy789 (talk) 15:16, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
Basketball player team categories
[edit]Team categories (such as Category:KK Partizan players) should not be added until the player appears in a regulation game (not preseason, exhibition or friendly) for the team. Please do not add these categories when updating a signing. Thank you Rikster2 (talk) 02:13, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
Israeli basketball Premier league
[edit]Please don’t shorten it to Israeli Premier league. There is a different Israeli premier league 2603:7000:2101:AA00:F8B9:4833:10CD:458E (talk) 11:05, 24 August 2024 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Trapani Shark Alternative Logo.png
[edit]
Thanks for uploading File:Trapani Shark Alternative Logo.png. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. [edit] Hello, I'm Jessicapierce. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Tibor Pleiß, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 01:40, 25 February 2025 (UTC)
Panathinaikos BC edit-warring
[edit] You reverted the previous edits twice without providing any reliable sources and ignoring my suggestions. Any player is added to a team's roster ONLY after an official announcement accompanied by the source. These are the rules of Wikipedia, you are not on a hooligan blog. Just look on the previous message you have on your talk page, because you've done the same in another page as well and you've been warned again. So this is your final warning, the next time you revert changes by editors, you will be visited by an administrator and will be blocked for edit-warring and vandalism. Panosgatto (talk) 07:53, 26 February 2025 (UTC)
- Its literally official.

- == FIBA nationalities ==
- Can you stop removing nationalities recognized by FIBA?
- https://www.fiba.basketball/en/players/319595-wenyen-gabriel
- https://www.fiba.basketball/en/players/190655-cedi-osman Zdremon (talk) 17:42, 26 February 2025 (UTC)
- Stop your edit-warring on Panathinaikos B.C. over resolved matters. The nationality of the players only has to do with FIBA eligibility, regarding national teams. Lorenzo Brown already had dual-citizenship in the roster of the team as a naturalized player for Spain and I was the one who insisted on that. So don't try to be smart, my warning had nothing to do with him. The others (Osman, Yurtseven and Samodurov) represent the national teams of their country. This is not a matter of their parental origins. Wenyen Gabriel had both nationalities, but somebody removed the second one at some point, I want to believe by mistake.
- And last but not least, the next time you try to work out a dispute, do it in your own words. Not by copying literally every word that I wrote about you and only changing the username. Panosgatto (talk) 07:22, 27 February 2025 (UTC)
Removed on request reason: as we have discussed it on another platform.

May 2025
[edit] Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template index/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 08:30, 7 May 2025 (UTC)
- He clearly won't stop, even after I gave him a warning. Zdremon (talk) 18:08, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Bo McCalebb. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. StephenMacky1 (talk) 15:13, 30 May 2025 (UTC)
- For what exactly? He have North Macedonian nationality and FIBA list him as North Macedonian, not Macedonian. Zdremon (talk) 15:23, 30 May 2025 (UTC)
- Your edits were in violation of MOS:MAC. We refer to citizens of North Macedonia as "Macedonian". Plus you changed titles of sources which refer to the country as "Macedonia". In historical contexts, the country can be referred to by its former constitutional name. StephenMacky1 (talk) 15:28, 30 May 2025 (UTC)

Frank Kaminsky picture
[edit]I coincidentally also thought that was not Frank Kaminsky when I first saw him. He must have changed his appearance recently because the full picture shows him wearing his "Frank Kaminsky" nametag at a Wisconsin Athletics event. CalDoesIt (talk) 20:42, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
- I saw him play live last season in a Partizan jersey, and he looked completely different.

- It might be his cousin or someone related to him. Zdremon (talk) 20:44, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
- He even has different eye color:

- Thats definitely not the same person. Zdremon (talk) 20:46, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
- You are right. A different picture at the same event shows the real Kaminsky. How bizarre; perhaps it was an adoring cousin or fan. Thank you for making the correction. CalDoesIt (talk) 20:51, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
Basketball player categories
[edit]As I see I advised you of last season, please remember that team categories are not added to player pages until after the player has appeared in a match for the new team. Please do not aside these (or the “expatriate basketball player” categories corresponding with the new team) until this has happened. Thanks. Rikster2 (talk) 00:00, 11 August 2025 (UTC)
Donta Hall national team flag
[edit]Flags indicate a player's national team eligibility, not their nationalities. According to FIBA regulations, any player over the age of 17 who has played for a national team in an official FIBA competition cannot play for a national team of another country. Donta Hall has already played for Azerbaijan (see: https://www.fiba.basketball/en/players/302702-donta-hall), so he is not eligible for a u.s. national team anymore.
