As for the invitation to join the next Wikimedia Community Malta gathering, I perhaps should have been clearer about the fact that this is now being held online, as we're all observing social distancing regulations, aside from the fact that we're not all based in Malta anyway. :-). You're still welcome to join us, if you wish, whenever it's convenient for you. We'll be live at this link on Thursdays and Fridays throughout April (except during the so-called Holy Week) starting at 6pm. Hi @Chrisportelli: thank you very much for this! I am thrilled not only to take on the role but also to see that you're active again on mt.wikipedia. @Leli Forte: and I keen to reignite the proper administration of mt.wikipedia and would love your input as we proceed. I, for one, would love to hear your thoughts on serving as a sysop on the Maltese-language Wikipedija over the past several years. The World Destubathon

Hello. You're invited to participate in The World Destubathon. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It started today on Monday June 16 and will run until Sunday July 13. There is over $3300 going into it, with $500 the top prize. If you are interested in winning something to save you money in buying books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for subjects which interest you, sign up on the page in the participants section if interested.
