Request reason:

I acknowledge that I should not have thanked Aesurias (talk · contribs) repeatedly several weeks ago, as seen on their thank log. I was doing so sarcastically because I was frustrated with the NPOV case they opened against me on October 9, 2025. However, my site block today by administrator Tamzin (talk · contribs) is completely unnecessary - I openly admitted that I thanked Aesurias today for an edit they made on administrator Asilvering (talk · contribs)'s talk page. I was sincerely happy that they were contributing more material for my case that I was building against them. Aesurias asked to speak to Asilvering on an offsite Discord yesterday in the Talk Page thread they started about me and then Asilvering gave me a warning an hour later without either user discussing it onsite. That is a clear violation of Wikipedia:Discord policy on off-wiki conduct, which states: 'Consensus is reached through on-wiki discussion or by editing. Discussions elsewhere are not taken into account. In some cases, such off-wiki communication may generate suspicion and mistrust.' Tamzin, who implemented my site block, likened this to me forming a conspiracy - but it's very clear what had happened. I did not trust Asilvering to handle my WP:AE case against Aesurias without bias, so in response I asked Asilvering to recuse themself. As an alternative to the site block, I would happily accept the Interaction Ban proposed by Sennecaster (talk · contribs) that would prohibit me from contact with Aesurias. I look forward to getting back to editing and away from this drama. Thanks for reading! TheNewMinistry (talk) 08:34, 23 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You need to stop with the misuse of the Thank button, and your justification is utter nonsense. You are not ready to be unblocked. PhilKnight (talk) 15:27, 23 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The article Quran DuBois has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG. The only WP:RS coverage listed is possibly a high school game report in a local newspaper, where even then the mention is as part of a "quartet" of players on his high school team. Other refs consist of 2 passing mentions (a one-time mention in an article about his semi-pro team being in the regional playoffs and a listing of all-league players from that semi-pro league), social media posts, online profiles, a Western New York high school basketball blog that is self-published (where he is also part of a listicle), and his player bio/game reports/and press releases from SUNY Canton's athletic department while he was a player there.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
