If you didn't take the photo, you can't upload it as your own work. I'm going to place a tag on the photo on Commons that will mean that whoever took the photo needs to confirm that they have given permission for it to be released under the CC0 license that you have indicated when uploading it. They can do this privately by following the instructions on that tag if they prefer. If you have any questions about this process just let me know, happy to help.
