Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by adding a space and four tildes to the end of the last line of your post, like this:

This is the last line of the post. ~~~~

The tildes will be automatically converted to a signature that contains your linked username and a timestamp to help keep conversations organized. I will sign mine accordingly with hopes you will remember me and will feel free to ask me any questions you have--or just say hi! Jenhawk777 (talk) 02:12, 27 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Great! Thank you.
understood and took a look at those before coming.
My main question is how do I get an editor to take a look at the article that i have submitted in my sandbox? Sndwrx (talk) 02:26, 27 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Add this code at the top of it: {{subst:submit}}
Note that User:Sndwrx is your WP:USERPAGE, it's meant for, if you like, writing a little about who you are and what you want to do as a Wikipedian. Also handy as a sort of notebook for WP-stuff you find and want to remember. You're not he first or thousand to make this mistake, and you can submit it anyway. For future reference, WP:ARTICLEWIZARD is a good place to start.
That said, a WP:AUTOBIOGRAPHY is almost never accepted here, though it is theoretically possible if you have the sources that demonstrates WP:N. A source like [1] doesn't help in that regard, that's just you talking about you, and that's not what WP is after. It might have some WP:ABOUTSELF use. Also, if you used some sort of AI to write your article, please don't. AI tends to hallucinate contet and make up sources, and it doesn't understand WP very well, but it makes plausibly sounding text anyway. More at WP:LLM. Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 07:48, 27 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you!
i'm still new here but have been using Wikipedia since high school in the 2000s i believe.
i've been doing my best to credit the appropriate sources.
the article isn't a self flush piece, I have worked really hard throughout my career and have done my best to keep it factual and neutral.
i'd love some Guidance as to what I should or could do to get it published.
thank you very much Sndwrx (talk) 15:05, 27 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
