The reason left by Bonadea was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: The draft is very difficult to read and understand since it basically consists of disconnected statements (not all of them are even about Marcelo Chibana), but it is pretty clear that like the vast majority of all people, Chibana is not notable, as Wikipedia defines notability.
