Hi, what's at issue in covering Chinese, Japanese competition as it pertains to USAID cut-back?

For example, this above edit of mine. We have a reputable news outlet saying it's an issue. And it certainly seems like an issue to me.

You rolled back 3 of my recent edits, which is fine. I welcome constructive criticism.

How would you like this aspect covered, or not covered. And in general, how might you recommend covering the fast-moving Trump presidency?

Sadie Katz date of birth
