Removal of comments by others is inappropriate

@Neurodoc99, I see that you have again made inappropriate edits, removed comments at Talk:Scott Russell Surasky by @Molikog, effectively edit warring with the restoration of this edit by @Materialscientist. You also removed maintenance tags at Scott Russell Surasky which have been reverted by @Molikog. This despite warnings above by myself, @Bobby Cohn and @Materialscientist.
