The comment the reviewer left was:
This looks promising. However, it's riddled with problems. An example: The artworks are in private collections and national galleries of USA, Italy, France, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Israel, Latvia. First, in the context it looks as if these artworks are Dosuzhev's; however, they might be by Kvadrat or PLIP (and not necessarily Dosuzhev's). Please clarify. Secondly, if "private collections" just means "rich people's walls", it's not obvious that this is of encyclopedic significance. If at the other extreme it means "privately-owned/run art museums", then this certainly is significant, as of course are holdings by national museums. However, we need specifics. Which museums/galleries? (And, preferably, how many works?) For each one of these claims, we need a reliable, independent, published source. (See this as an example of how this is done.) However, all of this can wait a little. The most pressing concern is the copyright status of the images: please see, and quickly act upon, this deletion request for three, and perhaps all four, of the files.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Nemico401 (talk) 15:32, 15 September 2021 (UTC) Hello, Hoary. Thank you for your attention and hard job! These are my own photographs of the works of the artist Dosuzhev, which I personally own at the moment. Could you tell me how I can verify my right to them on Wikipedia? Since I, due to my already middle age I do not know English very well and I do not understand well on the Internet. Therefore, this annoying confusion with authorship arose. Thank you in advance.[reply]

Draft reads like a very bad translation from another language. The content looks acceptable and appropriate, it jsut needs someone familiar with the subject and fluent in English to polish it up.

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
