Hi! Last month you declined an AfC submission of mine, Draft:Fractyl Health. Since then I've done some work to update the draft with what I'm hoping is more neutral language. I also highlighted what I believe is the most significant coverage of the topic. If you have a moment, I'd love your feedback on whether this is closer to the mark. Either way – thanks for all your work in the AfC queue! Mary Gaulke (talk) 13:11, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks @MaryGaulke: it does look a little better but I'm not 100% sure if its notable. I'll let another reviewer take a look so you can get a second opinion. BuySomeApples (talk) 19:54, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
Thanks for the tips on how to improve this page. We had assumed that more references are always better, but the WP:REFBOMB description makes a lot of sense. We've deleted a bunch of references and added three to the talk page. Still learning the ropes here, so thank you for your gentle guidance. HumanJoeBot (talk) 22:55, 1 July 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks @HumanJoeBot:! After looking at the three sources on the talk page, I think the Tucson article is sigcov but the Washington Post one is more of a passing mention. I can't access the Wall Street Journal article because it's paywalled. I think that he might meet WP:NACADEMIC. BuySomeApples (talk) 20:32, 5 July 2025 (UTC)
- Ahh, the distinction between passing mention and clout of the publication is starting to make sense. Would you say this is less of a passing mention? https://web.archive.org/web/20250627031723/https://www.nytimes.com/2024/01/17/climate/greenland-ice-sheet-melting.html
- Not sure how the process works exactly--Where do we go from here? HumanJoeBot (talk) 16:57, 7 July 2025 (UTC)
DYK for Jennifer English
[edit]On 22 July 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Jennifer English, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the developers of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 added an easy mode so that Jennifer English could play it? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Jennifer English. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Jennifer English), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

A page you reviewed (approved)
[edit]@BuySomeApples: Hi! I remember back in early May I was working on a BLP page Daniel McNeil (historian) and when I published, you reviewed and approved it. I then took it back to the draftspace and re-published it. Since then, it hasn't been reviewed yet. Would you please review it? Thanks! Happy editing! Particleshow22 (talk) 19:32, 29 July 2025 (UTC)
- Sure thing @Particleshow22: it looks fine. BuySomeApples (talk) 16:05, 10 August 2025 (UTC)
- @BuySomeApples: Thank you! I completely understand, there is a huge backlog for reviewers. If you got some time, please take a look at these (not reviewed yet): African Art Reframed: Reflections and Dialogues on Museum Culture; Michael Keevak; The Data Economy: Tools and Applications; Claire Moses; Information Choice in Macroeconomics and Finance. Happy editing! Particleshow22 (talk) 12:42, 13 August 2025 (UTC)
- @Particleshow22: I'll take a look at those! BuySomeApples (talk) 19:37, 14 August 2025 (UTC)

Draft:Kraken Technologies
[edit]@BuySomeApples, I hope you can see I've re-drafted Kraken Technologies, in both style, neutrality, and more citations. I hope you think it's moved in the right direction. Many thanks @Helith049 Helith049 (talk) 13:15, 14 August 2025 (UTC)
