[edit] Hello, I'm Muboshgu. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to The Onion have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:12, 12 December 2023 (UTC)
- Accuracy, truth, and transparency are constructive.
- The abuse of privilege to revert (that means "to undo") the change is evidence that the change is accurate. Msstatedawg (talk) 20:15, 12 December 2023 (UTC)

[edit] Hello, I'm Swatjester. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Ms. Rachel, but the source cited did not support that content. It has been removed for now, but if you would like to include a citation that verifies the content and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Do not misrepresent sources again, as you did at Ms. Rachel. Please note that your edits fall under the subject matter of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, as referenced below, including active sanctions disallowing edits from non-extended confirmed users (which applies to your account). ⇒SWATJester Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat! 05:56, 19 January 2025 (UTC)
- I didn't misrepresent sources. I corrected the biased text to comply with NPOV. But, after seeing your messages it appears that NPOV is something applied only when it suits your own bias thus invalidating it's usefulness. Msstatedawg (talk) 14:00, 19 January 2025 (UTC)
- If your response to being informed that you're violating our policies is consistently to cast aspersions at the editors informing you of this, I predict your tenure here will be extremely short. Good luck with that. ⇒SWATJester Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat! 23:23, 19 January 2025 (UTC)
- Can you not see the irony? You're doing exactly the same thing in response to being told that YOU'RE violating the policies.
- I'll be sure to pass along your user name as the reasons my donations will cease. Msstatedawg (talk) 23:28, 19 January 2025 (UTC)
- Good luck with that -- the Wikimedia Foundation (who your donations are going to) does not set or enforce policy on Wikipedia. And reverting violations of Arbitration committee rulings is definitionally not a policy violation. Source misrepresentation, on the other hand is a bannable offense, if you want to play that game. Your call. Regardless, you've been duly warned. ⇒SWATJester Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat! 23:36, 19 January 2025 (UTC)
- That's a big stretch. My changes contained no source misrepresentation and you know it. Suggesting otherwise it's just trumping up a false accusation. You know that also. Msstatedawg (talk) 00:07, 20 January 2025 (UTC)

Welcome!
[edit]Hi Msstatedawg! I noticed your contributions and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay.
The rule that affects you most as a new or IP editor is the prohibition on making any edit related to the Arab–Israel conflict, including discussing articles on talk pages, unless you are logged into an account and that account is at least 30 days old and has made at least 500 edits.
This prohibition is broadly construed, so it includes edits such as adding the reaction of a public figure concerning the conflict to their article or noting the position of a company or organization as it relates to the conflict.
The exception to this rule is that you may request a specific change to an article on the talk page of that article or at this page. Please ensure that your requested edit complies with our neutral point of view and reliable sourcing policies, and if the edit is about a living person our policies on biographies of living people as well.
Any edits you make contrary to these rules are likely to be reverted, and repeated violations can lead to you being blocked from editing. As you get started, you may find this short tutorial helpful:
